Upon your request, FindMyTCM.com will use commercially reasonable efforts to delete your account and the personal information in your profile.  But it may be impossible to remove your account without some residual information being retained by FindMyTCM.com. Registered clinics who wish to close their account should contact FindMyTCM.info@gmail.com.
