Zhao Yan

Registered TCM physician, lecturer at School of Biological Sciences, adjunct professor at Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine. She has experience in treating diabetes mellitus, depression and gynaecological ailments. She joined NTU School of Biological sciences as a lecturer and a researcher. Her current research involves deciphering the mechanistic action of natural products to treat ailments related to cancer, neurological and gynaecological ailments.

新加坡注册中医师，南洋理工大学生物科学院讲师，黑龙江中医药大学客座教授。擅长治疗糖尿病、情志病（抑郁症，考前综合征等）以及妇科月经病等疾病。参与了多项临床课题研究如糖尿病的预防与治疗等。加入南洋理工大学，指导学生进行天然药物对糖尿病、神经损伤、妇科疾病以及癌症的治疗以及机理研究。
